Support Assurance Services available from SIAE UK

SIAE UK operates to a standardised set of processes aimed at meeting and exceeding the customer Service Level Agreement (SLA), and using escalation techniques and effective management accountability to ensure that service continues to be part of strong customer service reputation.

Based on a management service which interacts with the customer through dedicated Account Managers, meeting the customer needs for meetings, service level and performance reports, our service is delivered.

Key service elements include:-

Network Operating Centre

At the heart of our capability lies our Network Operating centre located at Ramsbrook Farm in Merseyside. Following our recent re-location from urban Liverpool to rural Merseyside, this facility is being re-built and expanded to cater for the growing numbers of customers contracting our support services.

Our parent company SIAE Microelettronica is extremely supportive in this regard and we have plans in place to expand the centre such that it will have multi-lingual capabilities, extended resilience communications with its sister NOC based in Milan and thereby provide a strong and reliable support service to most of Europe.

The NOC is currently providing 24/7 service to a number of customers providing their clients with a mission critical service - both here in the UK, and overseas.
