SIAE UK seeks additional talented staff to meet its growth targets

At the present time, we seek additional sales staff and additional operations staff.

Sales & Account Management Staff
We seek experienced senior sales people in either of two categories -
a) experienced in microwave product sales and
b) experienced in complex services sales.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate capabilities for both strong Account Management, and an ability to break into new Accounts. Industry experience is essential. These are senior level posts and successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in multi-million pound Accounts.
Service Delivery
We seek project staff at senior grades with experience in the management roll-out of wireless networks. Experience sought covers the full range from senior level customer interfacing, project management, ADC type work, interfacing with OfCom, and the management of sub-contractors and significant numbers of field engineers.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate both formally acquired skill and real-world experience.
Background
SIAE UK, the Wireless Service provider trading since 1997, was acquired in 2004 by SIAE MICROELETTRONICA S.P.A., the global microwave equipment manufacturer based in Milan Italy. As a result, various integration and investment activities were initiated in order to bring a number of very positive advantages to the UK based Services company.
Some of these benefits are itemised below:-
- New Premises - SIAE UK is now based in airy, modernised converted offices at rural Hale
- IT Investments - SIAE UK now has access to the latest design tools and equipment, as well as construction of a new NOC
- ISO accreditation - the UK services company is achieving incremental progress to ISO 9000 accreditation
- Growth in staff levels - commensurate with the rapid growth being achieved in the business, staff levels are increasing
Calendar year 2005 was the first full trading year under SIAE management, and business revenues have seen double-digit growth every year since. The current year is seeing further significant growth as a result of the strong combination of a strong microwave wireless product range from SIAE MICROELETTRONICA S.P.A., global procurement agreements to access the best complementary products from other manufacturers, combined with the ability from SIAE UK to bring an appropriate range of customer services to the products.
This integration of two strong companies and two complementary approaches to the market is enabling a focus on the customer and on customer requirements and needs. Those customers who need to understand the technical detail behind the products will of course continue to receive our total support, whilst others who are more focused on the real world benefits and differentiating attributes flowing from a well conceived and implemented solution can now receive appropriate consultacy and service support from our customer focused turnkey design teams.
