Groupe Pathfinder Ltd., the UK Wireless Service has now been renamed SIAE MICROELETTRONCA LTD.
The change reflects completion of the integration and investment activity initiated after the acquisition in 2004 by SIAE MICROELETTRONICA S.P.A., the global microwave equipment manufacturer based in Milan Italy,. The integration activities have seen the company's relocation to new premises, a revised and strengthened management team and conclusion of a number of staff recruitment activities. Together with another financially successful year just completed (again with double-digit growth), SIAE UK continues to face a positive future with confidence.
