SIAE UK provides the widest range of wireless service, up to and including full Turnkey service provision. Our emphasis is on providing our customers and partners with a total support service to their business and to our collaborative contracts. From concept stage through design, procurement and build to comprehensive post-delivery support services, our aim is to partner with our customers in the achievement of a total service.

The range of services available is shown diagramatically in the figure.

SIAE UK works right from the concept stage, as experience shows that most projects spend insufficient time at this stage and the consequences only become apparent too far downstream.

This fact is known in to our medical colleagues as being due to the 'rush to closure' mechanism and has been identified as being a typical failure in the engineering mindset..

If the customer objective is the achievement of an optimised solution, then it is imperative that stakeholders are identified at an early stage and all needs identified and taken into account in the resulting solution.

SIAE UK brings significant experience as well as niche skills to this part of the process, and our designers will work with the customer in the identification of a range of options for the customer consideration. For example, we will look at alternative technologies, alternative routings, alternative design topologies and competing hardware, software and system solutions.

It is not over-stating the point to note that this service is an important consultancy service to our customers which is particularly valuable as it operates in a niche and rapidly growing area of technology where more broadly based companies will struggle to maintain the currency of their advice. It remains a proven fact that an investment placed with SIAE at a sufficiently early stage will repay itself many times over in life-cycle costs, in addition to reducing conventional project costs by ensuring the correct decisions are taken at the outset.
